We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Backroads Premium. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and log in with the email you used at checkout, or reach out to us and we'll pass the request through.

After a refund is approved by Paddle, the amount is returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days to appear.
