Backroads (“we”, “us”) is operated by Debra E Peebles. By using the app you are entering into an agreement with us.

By continuing to use Backroads you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Backroads is a road-trip planning tool. It helps you assemble stops, packing lists, notes, and a passport of visited destinations. Premium subscribers additionally get access to a print-ready trip book, the t-shirt designer, full print reviews, and unlimited saved trips.

You agree not to misuse the service, including no unlawful use, no fraud or spam, no infringement of anyone's intellectual property, and no interference with the security of the service (malware, probing, scraping).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

We retain all rights to the Backroads software, brand, and documentation. You retain rights to the trips, photos, notes, and stories you create.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Backroads is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months prior to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Backroads Atlas is registered.
